1. Ordering

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this period.

2. Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards & Paypal.
  • Security: All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at selfmadeswimreturns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as hats, swimwear with hygiene liners removed, broken or damaged swimwear, used/washed swimwear are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 0 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
